Gladstone PAWS is a foster-based rescue organisation and does not operate from a shelter facility. Through our Assisted Rehoming Program, pets remain in their current home with their owner while we work to secure a suitable adoption.

To help us begin the process as quickly as possible, please provide clear, recent photos of your pet along with your completed application form. Photos assist us in promoting your pet to potential adopters and finding the most suitable forever home.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee immediate placement. Timeframes may vary depending on adoption interest and the specific needs of your pet. We ask that owners continue providing appropriate care for their pet while they remain in the home.

Once your application and photos have been received, our team will review the information and contact you regarding the next steps. If a suitable adopter is identified, Gladstone PAWS will assist in facilitating the adoption process.

If your pet is rehomed privately while awaiting assistance, please notify us so we can update our records.

If your animals are bonded and should remain together, please include this information in your application.

• You cannot rehome an animal that belongs to another person.
• Please ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed, as incomplete forms may not submit correctly.
• Owners are responsible for the ongoing care, housing, and wellbeing of their pet until adoption is finalised.
• Ownership of the pet will only transfer to the adopter once the adoption process has been completed.
