If you require assistance with rehoming your pet, please complete the Surrender Application below.

Gladstone PAWS is a foster-based rescue organisation and does not operate from a shelter facility. All animals in our care are placed into foster homes, therefore surrenders are dependent on a suitable foster carer being available.

To help us begin the process as quickly as possible, please provide clear photos of your pet along with your completed surrender form. Photos assist us in seeking an appropriate foster placement and suitable forever home.

Please note that we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for all surrender requests. While we will always do our best to assist, placement cannot be guaranteed immediately, and timeframes may vary depending on foster availability.

Once your surrender form and photos have been received, our team will review the application and contact you regarding the next steps. If a foster placement becomes available, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

If your pet is rehomed privately while awaiting placement, please let us know.

If your animals are bonded, please include this information in the surrender form.

• You cannot surrender an animal that belongs to another person.
• Please ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed, as incomplete forms may not submit correctly.
• By surrendering your pet to Gladstone PAWS, you acknowledge that ownership is transferred to the rescue organisation upon handover.
